We love Orchids. We have a few (OK, a dozen or two, maybe more) at home. After returning from our Langkawi trip I happened to notice an item in the local paper about an Orchid Show at the upper market mall at Gurney. So as soon as we had a chance we hopped on a Grab Car to Gurney to check it out.
Breathtaking is the first word that comes to mind. If you like orchids then peruse this lot. There were many specimens we had never even heard of let alone seen before. Too many photos to cull so I put them all here in no particular order but have a close look as every picture here is of an orchid some of which I’ll wager you’ve never seen before.
Enjoy these and if you do take a look at our pictures on Singapore Airport below and their wonderful displays of orchids. If you’re going to have a layover at an airport then Singapore’s Changi Airport is the one to get stuck at.
